We had a wonderful stay in Frankston. It was off season and pleasantly quiet. The amenities provided at the condo were more than sufficient. With the Cole's and other shopping so close we rarely left the building. When we did go into Melbourne it was easy on public transit or UBER. We highly recommend this property for a great get away.

Great Positive: Handy location, very clean, well equipped Negative: Instructions to find keys and carpark were very detailed, which was great but could have been a bit more concise. Hard to find the info we needed when trying to read through quickly
