Beachside Rosebud Retreat with *Wheelchair access*

Suggestions: f there were more bath towels available for people with disability Positive: The property was great for a a person who use a manual wheelchair this was amazing. The facilities were fantastic and everything was so accessible and easy to move around the house the accessible bathroom was fantastic. Negative: Nothing overall the house was better than expected.

Petty little annoyances from the host, but otherwise served our purpose for a week of golfing. Positive: The living space and bedrooms were suitable for four mature men for our one week golf trip on the Mornington Peninsula. Negative: The host not supplying any washing powder /liquid for the washing machine for our 6 night stay was unreasonable given what we paid. Questioning the cleaner had left some liquid in the (empty) bottle and being asked to supply photos was pedantic and petty. I went a bought a new bottle $10 from the supermarket and we just got on with it. The host said they would refund the cost of laundry liquid provided I sent photos and left the receipt. I left the receipt under the new bottle, which we barely used. I did not send the petty photos. Try taking a photo of the inside of a liquid laundry bottle yourself. Needless to say, no refund has been forthcoming. I'm guessing the cleaner probably took the new bottle of liquid for themselves upon cleaning up. In addition only two dishwasher tabs were provided for the 6 night stay. When we asked for more tabs we were informed that two tabs were complimentary in the "welcome pack". Seriously, you want us two rate you five stars (you asked us too) and you can only supply one dish tab per night of stay. What does a dishwasher tab cost? Really? These were unwelcome inconveniences for us and asking for a five star rating? It's something you earn not request. You definitely did not earn it. Otherwise the house served our purposes fine for the 6 nights and we looked after the place like it was our own and left it in perfect order, including with laundry liquid for the next guests.

Had a great time. Lovely place and well set out, especially as we had someone with a walker. Very conveniently appointed. Good communication throughout.

Great property, fantastic hosts.

Positive: Good sized house for 5 people. Felt spacious without being too big. Beautiful living area, open plan kitchen and dining. Very light and bright, love the high ceilings and windows. Nicely decorated, beachy feel. Good heating and cooling. Nice relaxing garden outside and outside dining. Easy walk to the beach and to coles. Good communications from the property managers.
